Smartypants AI is a free price-comparison and shopping-assistant website. We search publicly available retailer listings, verify prices and stock against store pages, and present the results to help you shop. We are not a retailer, we don't sell products, and we are not a party to any purchase you make with a retailer.

We work hard to keep prices, stock status, and product information accurate, and every listing is verified against the retailer's own page before it's shown. Even so, prices and availability change frequently and can change between a check and your purchase. The price shown on the retailer's site at checkout is the price that counts. Smartypants AI is not liable for any discrepancy between the prices we display and those charged by retailers, or for any purchase decisions made using the Service.

Some links to retailers on the Service are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships influence compensation only — they do not determine which stores we list, the prices we show, or the order in which results are ranked.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its supporting systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the Service's content without permission
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service in ways that degrade it for other users

We may suspend or block access for conduct that violates these terms.

The Smartypants AI name, mascot, design, and original written content are owned by Smartypants AI. Product names, prices, images, and store information belong to their respective retailers and rights holders.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartypants AI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or purchase disputes with retailers — arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
